LAP Birth to Kindergarten Pilot Assessment
Hello LAP Users,
We are in need of participants for our LAP BK pilot assessment. It is a one and done and it won't take you any longer to complete than it would for you to assess one child now.
Requirements
Fill out a Pre-Survey
Do one complete assessment on the selected children.
Fill out a Post-Survey — This will give you the opportunity to give us feedback on the LAP tool.
Benefits
Assess 5 children and fill out the pre and post survey = $25 Kaplan Early Learning Gift Card
Assess 10 children and fill out the pre and post survey = $50 Kaplan Early Learning Gift Card
Assess 20 children and fill out the pre and post survey = $100 Kaplan Early Learning Gift Card
An agency with 20 or more children will also receive $100 off the next subscription
There is no training needed. Again, your participation time will only be as long as it takes you to complete the two quick surveys and the assessment for the children you have selected.

If needed, we have a parent permission form.
Names can be changed to protect the innocent.
